By creating an account or using LittleLedger, you agree to these terms. LittleLedger provides software for tracking hours and settling nanny-share statements. It is not a payroll tax filing service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for inviting only people you trust to your arrangement. You must provide accurate information needed to run a share.

Not payroll or tax advice

LittleLedger does not file taxes, issue W-2s, or remit withholdings. Families remain responsible for their own payroll providers and compliance.

Pricing and billing

Billing is not collected in the product today. You can start a share without entering a payment method. We display $12 per month for the whole share (or about $6 per family when two households split it) asintended pricing for a future paid plan. That price is not an active subscription or paywall in the current release.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other households’ data, or interfere with operation of the platform.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We strive for accurate calculations from the data you enter but do not guarantee outcomes for payroll or legal disputes between households.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material pricing changes will be communicated before billing is enabled.
