LittleLedger helps nanny-share households track hours and settle who owes what. This policy describes what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers from our sign-in provider.
Household and arrangement data — family names, nanny names, split percentages, and invite relationships you create in the app.
Hours and pay data — clock-in/out times, logged hours, rates, overtime calculations, and period statements you approve.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the product: show shared statements, calculate splits, and let invited families and nannies see the same period. We do not sell household payroll data.

Sharing

Data in an arrangement is visible to members you invite (other families and nannies with access). We use infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, error monitoring) under contracts that limit use to providing the service.

Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. We use industry-standard transport encryption and access controls; no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the app and contact us to request account deletion, subject to records we must keep for security or law.
